1. Schematic diagram should be designed first
The design of printed circuit board manufacturing schematic is mainly based on the electrical performance of each component and based on the demand for reasonable construction, which can accurately reflect the important functions of the PCB circuit board and the relationship between each component.Schematic design is the first and most important step in the PCB making process.
2. Encapsulate all components

3. Printed circuit board production
Print the printed circuit board on transfer paper. Pay attention to the slide side facing to yourself. Generally print two circuit boards, that is, two circuit boards on one paper.
4. Printed circuit board production
The designed PCB diagram is printed and output through an inkjet printer using a special carbon paper. Then, one side of the printed circuit diagram is pressed against the copper plate, and finally the circuit diagram is put on the heat exchanger for thermal printing. The ink of the circuit diagram on the carbon paper is glued to the copper plate at high temperature.Mix the sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide at 3:1. After the copper plate is corroded except for the ink, remove the copper plate and rinse the solution with water.
5. Drill hole for PCB
The circuit board shall be inserted into the electronic component, so the circuit board shall be drilled. Different drill pins shall be selected according to the thickness of the electronic component pin. When drilling the drill, the circuit board must be stable and the drill speed cannot be too slow.
6. PCB pretreatment
After drilling, sand off the toner covering the circuit board with fine sandpaper, and clean the circuit board with clean water.When the water is dry, apply rosin water on one side of the circuit. In order to accelerate the solidification of rosin, we heat the circuit board with a thermal fan. The rosin can solidify in 2-3 minutes.
