Q3:After PCB is completed, how to test the function?

We test two types, impact test, performance test. Welding completed board testing process:

Check before electrification: after a circuit board is welded, when checking whether the circuit board can work normally, the circuit board is usually not supplied with power. Instead, the following steps should be followed to make sure that every step is ok and it is not late to power up:
1. Whether the connection is correct: check whether the connection of the board is correct according to the schematic diagram, and check one by one according to the circuit diagram;
2. Check the installation status of components: whether the installation of diode polar capacitance and chip is wrong.Check the welding of each device for virtual welding.
3. Check the power interface and other short circuits: check the short circuit between the power supply and each level.Protection circuits such as self-recovery fuses should be added to the circuit design.Power supply part can design 0 Ω resistance, in testing power supply on the front not welding which, in order to avoid abnormal level unit chip burned behind.
Test after electrification: check after electrification according to the following steps:
1. Electrical observation: do not be anxious to measure the electrical indicators after power supply, but observe whether the circuit has abnormal phenomena, such as smoking, abnormal smell, external packaging of the integrated circuit by hand, and whether the circuit is hot, etc.In case of abnormal phenomena, the power supply should be turned off, and the power should be checked after troubleshooting.
2, static test: check the desired level by level, and gradually restore 0 Ω resistance welding.The debugging sequence of the subcircuit is generally carried out according to the signal flow direction. The output signal of the circuit previously debugged is taken as the input signal of the latter level to create conditions for the final tuning.
3. Dynamic test: gradually add external input and output signals to debug all parts of the system.This step requires joint debugging with software.
