General requirements and anti-static measures for anti-static in pcb assembly online welding

Pcb assembly online welding is one of the important reasons for generating electrostatic electrical overload EOS. The antistatic measures in manual soldering are as follows.

5) Protect processed products
The tested and inspected electronic assembly board is sprayed once with an ion gun before sealing to eliminate the static charge that may accumulate.
