/Manual soldered circuit board tool – electric soldering iron
Manual soldering is often used during pcb manufacturing process , such as plug-in components, if the number is less, manual soldering is generally selected. So the main tool for manual soldering and rework is the electric soldering iron (referred to as soldering iron). For pcb assembly components (SMD) and BGA, CSP, QFN, etc., special equipment is required for rework.
There are many types of soldering irons. Different soldering methods use different soldering iron heads. According to the soldering iron heating method, there are direct heat type, heat sensitivity, constant temperature soldering iron, smart soldering iron, suction tin pump, hot air soldering station, etc. The most commonly used electronic soldering is anti-static constant temperature soldering iron, smart soldering iron and so on.
The anti-static constant temperature soldering iron head is equipped with a temperature controller or a temperature control component with magnet, and the constant temperature is achieved by controlling the energization time. When the power is turned on, the temperature of the soldering iron rises. When the predetermined temperature is reached, the magnet is removed due to the strong magnet sensor reaching the Curie point, thereby disconnecting the core contact and stopping the supply of power to the soldering iron. When the temperature is lower than the Curie point of the strong magnet sensor, the strong magnet recovers the magnetism, and the permanent magnet in the core switch is sucked, the contact point of the control switch is turned on, and the electric flame is continuously supplied.
